We are pleased to announce in the environmental war against waste, we have joined with TerraCycle Australia as a Community Recycling Collection Location.
At the Aspendale Gardens Vet Hospital we are an environmentally conscious workplace and do everything we can to minimise our environmental footprint and make sustainable choices. We are pleased to be able to provide a recycling collection hub for our local community to support and encourage recycling.
TerraCycle is an innovative global waste management company that has become a global leader in recycling hard-to-recycle materials in 21 countries. It primarily runs a volunteer-based recycling platform to collect non-recyclable pre-consumer and post-consumer waste, and then partners with corporate donors or municipalities to turn it into raw material to be used in new products. They have teamed up with leading companies such as Royal Canin, Schwarzkopf and Colgate to diverted millions of kilograms of valuable resources from landfills all over the world and turn them into new products.
